Wow your friends with this dessert
100 grams butter
300 grams T-biscuits, crushed
1 Kilogram plain yoghurt
60 ml lemon juice
385 grams condensed milk
60 ml raspberry jam, or strawberry jam
100 grams peanut brittle
Melt butter and mix with biscuits.
Press into one large or two smaller microwave-safe bowls.
Stir 2 Tbsp (30ml) yoghurt into peanut butter. Set aside.
Mix remaining yoghurt, lemon juice and condensed milk together.
Pour condensed milk onto crust.
Dollop peanut butter mixture and jam onto condensed milk mixture and swirl using the back of a spoon.
Cook on high for 5-6 minutes in a 1 000W microwave or for a bit longer in a smaller one.
Refrigerate overnight until set.
Sprinkle with peanut butter brittle and serve.
